Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Remote Recruiter to join the Supply Chain Solutions division.

You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and attracting leaders, and partnering with business leaders to secure top talent for a Fortune 500 logistics leader. As a Recruiter II, you’ll provide world-class recruiting services, build relationships with agencies and internal partners, and manage high-volume, mid-level, and managerial roles while upholding compliance and inclusive hiring

Responsibilities

• Sources, screens, interviews and refers candidates to hiring manager.
• Develops effective working relationships with placement agencies and external recruiters.
• Maintains effective working relationships with HR and business partners to ensure appropriate service levels are met.
• Works on staffing issues of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
• Ensures compliance within all legal aspects of recruiting.
• Promotes the organization as an employer of choice.
