Responsibilities

• Administrate defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited and develop/manage relationships with Operations Team, Hiring Managers, HR, and recruitment teammates.
• Provide recruitment updates and keep management informed of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
• Execute KPI measures and recruitment strategies, including advertising, job fairs, remote recruitment, and maintenance of recruitment materials.
• Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.
