As a world-class recruiter, you will build strong relationships, work across teams in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to continuous improvements in recruitment methodologies. This is a salaried, full-time remote role with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Four (4) years or more experience in a related area required.

Responsibilities

• SOURCES, screens, interviews and refers candidates to hiring manager.
• Develops effective relationships with agencies and HR partners to ensure service levels.
• Works on staffing issues of moderate scope with data-driven analysis.
• Ensures compliance with recruiting laws and policies.
• Promotes Ryder as an employer of choice.
