Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter I to support Ryder Supply Chain Solutions. This position is fully remote with a salary basis and requires full lifecycle recruiting experience. The role offers a Monday-Friday schedule and a pay range of $58,000–$60,000.

Responsibilities include administering recruitment processes, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and delivering recruitment updates. Strong communication and multitasking abilities are essential for success.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administrate defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited and manage relationships with Hiring Managers and recruitment team-mates.
• Provide recruitment updates and inform management of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
• Execute recruitment strategies including advertising, job fairs, remote recruitment, and maintenance of recruitment materials.
• Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.
