Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Remote Recruiter to support its Supply Chain Solutions division, focusing on sourcing and attracting high-impact leaders.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering with business leaders to identify and secure top talent for our Fortune 500 clients and innovative startups. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Four (4) years or more experience in a related area required.

Responsibilities

• Sources, screens, interviews and refers candidates to hiring manager.
• Develops effective working relationships with placement agencies and external recruiters.
• Maintains relationships with HR and business partners to ensure service levels.
• Works on staffing issues of moderate scope requiring analysis of multiple factors.
• Ensures compliance within all legal aspects of recruiting.
• Promotes the organization as an employer of choice.
