Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter I to support Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in a fully remote role. The position covers full life cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding of contractors, and ongoing account collaboration.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Salary is $58,000–$60,000 annually, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Full life-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer defined external/internal recruitment processes to cover all accounts.
• Develop and manage relationships with Operations, Hiring Managers, HR and recruitment teammates.
• Provide recruitment updates and inform management of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
• Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.
