Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Remote Recruiter to manage full life-cycle recruiting for assigned accounts. You will source, screen, interview, extend offers, and on-board contractors, coordinating with the Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, HR, and peers.

Responsibilities

• Provides recruitment updates and informs management of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
• Executes recruitment strategies including advertising, job fairs, remote recruitment, and maintenance of recruitment materials.
• Meets Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.
