Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter I to support Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in a fully remote role. The position handles full life-cycle recruitment with a salary range of $58,000 to $60,000, with a Monday-Friday schedule.

Experience in end-to-end recruiting and strong communication skills are required. This role offers a remote work setup and is positioned within a Fortune 500 logistics leader, serving diverse client accounts.

Competenze

• H.S. Diploma/GED is required.
• 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

Mansioni

• Administer defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited.
• Develop/manage relationships with Operations Team, Hiring Managers, HR and recruitment teammates.
• Provide recruitment updates and inform management of market conditions affecting recruitment.
• Meet customer satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.
