Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter I to support Ryder Supply Chain Solutions in a fully remote capacity. The role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for contractor positions, with salary between $58,000 and $60,000 and a standard Monday–Friday schedule.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding for contractors, while maintaining strong communication with hiring managers and the recruitment team. This position is exempt/salaried.

Qualifications

• Full life cycle recruiting experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Administers defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited.
• Develops and manages relationships with Hiring Managers, HR, and recruitment team.
• Provides updates on recruitment progress and market conditions affecting contractor hiring.
