The recruiter will handle full life cycle recruiting for contractors, including sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding. Ideal candidates have at least two years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding of new contractors.
• Administers defined recruitment processes and builds relationships with Hiring Managers and HR.
• Provides recruitment updates and analyzes market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
• Meets customer satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.
