Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Recruiter to support the Recruitment Operations Center, partnering with business leaders to attract, retain, and develop Hilton's Team Members. This virtual/remote role manages end-to-end recruitment for Hilton-managed hotels across North America, reporting to the ROC Manager.

You will screen candidates, conduct interviews, and extend offers while ensuring compliance and timely updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Two years recruiting experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for Hilton-managed hotels across North America.
• Conduct screening interviews and forward qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Source suitable candidates for hard-to-fill roles.
• Post positions internally, externally, and with commercial job sites.
• Administer pre-employment processes, including background checks and job offers.
