HHC Atlantic, LLC is seeking a Recruiting Manager to oversee full-cycle recruitment for hospitality operations across multiple locations. You will craft job descriptions, source and screen candidates, interview, and negotiate offers while partnering with leadership to meet hiring goals.

Travel between office locations and events is required. The ideal candidate brings hospitality recruitment experience, proficiency with ADP HRIS, and strong selling, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Hospitality recruitment experience highly desirable.
• Experience with ADP HRIS software and large hotel operations preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, Teams, and internet applications.
• Fluency in English; Haitian Creole or Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and refine job descriptions to attract top talent.
• Source, screen, qualify, schedule interviews, and negotiate offers.
• Implement effective sourcing strategies to optimize applicant traffic.
• Collaborate with leadership to understand recruitment needs and objectives.
• Cultivate relationships with community partners, local schools, and recruitment sources.
• Stay updated on recruiting tools and trends, leveraging social media and retention strategies.
• Monitor initiatives to anticipate future recruitment needs.
• Conduct interviews, perform reference and background checks, and manage paperless recruiting using ADP.
• Ensure requisitions are filled efficiently with top-tier candidates.
• Plan and participate in college and local hiring events, both in-person and virtually.
• Assist in developing internship and job shadowing programs company-wide.
• Provide detailed weekly reporting on status of open requisitions.
• Promote and support the company’s Employee Referral Bonus program.
