Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Manager for Recruiting Operations and Planning to join our virtual/remote Corporate HR team. You will lead a centralized onboarding and analytics function, guiding a small team and driving data‑driven decisions to enhance candidate experience and process efficiency.

You’ll collaborate with Recruiting leadership and HR to design reporting, dashboards, and governance that support workforce planning and scalable ROC operations across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in recruiting operations or similar.
• 2+ years in people leadership.
• 2+ years building reports and dashboards for operational decisions.
• Experience with BI tools to analyze data and drive decisions.
• Strong knowledge of operational KPIs, SLAs, and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead a centralized onboarding and analytics team of ~5 members.
• Oversee operations supporting 12,000–16,000 candidates in onboarding.
• Develop data‑driven insights to support recruiting and onboarding strategies.
• Create executive dashboards and scorecards for ROC leadership.
• Partner with Recruiting leaders and HR to resolve onboarding challenges and improve service delivery.
• Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
