Job summary

Intellipet is seeking a driven Recruiter to join our growing team. This remote, United States-based role handles high-volume sourcing, screening, and hiring across the organization, owning the candidate pipeline from sourcing through hire.

You will interview using structured methods, track metrics, and partner with hiring leaders to meet aggressive recruiting goals. We value performance, organization, and clear communication across phone, video, and email.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience managing multiple open positions and candidate pipelines.
• Experience sourcing candidates beyond inbound applicants.
• Strong behavioral interviewing skills with effective follow-up questions.
• Comfortable meeting measurable recruiting goals and performance metrics.
• Excellent organization and follow-through in a fast-moving environment.
• Confident communication with candidates by phone, video, email, and text.
• Experience using an ATS and online sourcing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates using Indeed, our ATS, and other recruiting channels.
• Review applications and identify candidates who match defined sourcing profiles.
• Conduct structured phone and video interviews.
• Use behavioral interviewing techniques to evaluate candidate experience and performance.
• Manage candidates throughout the recruiting process from application through hire.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and upcoming hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity in our ATS.
• Track recruiting metrics including pipeline activity, pass-through rates, hiring volume, and quality outcomes.
• Partner with hiring leaders and the recruiting team to calibrate candidate profiles.
• Participate in interview reviews, candidate calibration, and recruiter coaching.
• Follow up consistently with candidates to maintain engagement throughout the hiring process.
