Job summary

Pomelo Care is seeking an experienced Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment for high-volume roles, from pipeline generation to offers. You will proactively source passive talent and partner with other recruiters to close priority roles.

You will advise hiring managers, provide regular pipeline updates, and guide teams through interviews and offers, all while maintaining a strong, data-driven candidate experience in a fully remote US setup.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience with a track record of filling high-volume roles.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
• Comfortable navigating ATS platforms (Greenhouse or Ashby) and resourceful in talent search.
• Highly organized, independent worker in a remote setup with clear communication to the team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to build trust with cross-functional leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recruitment process for high volume roles, from pipeline generation to offers.
• Identify and engage passive top-tier talent using creative sourcing strategies; support other recruiters.
• Advise hiring managers with strong pipeline updates and guide through interview and offer stages.
• Operate as an autonomous desk owner, prioritizing workload to meet hiring targets.
• Maintain a seamless candidate experience and ensure accurate ATS data hygiene.
