FuseGlobal Partners seeks an experienced Recruiter to join our team in a full-time, fully remote capacity. You will recruit contingent professionals for Fortune 500 clients across technology, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and project management.

Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, offering and placement, plus delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Must have ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter familiarity; Greenhouse is a bonus.

Qualifications

Professional recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing agency or contingent workforce.
Evidence of sourcing and placing professional-level candidates with a track record.
Strong interviewing, communication, organization and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable in a fast-moving, multi-search environment and remote collaboration.
Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter; Greenhouse is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and placement.
Proactively source qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, our ATS, job boards, referrals and other channels.
Develop understanding of each position and identify candidates based on fit, not just keywords.
Conduct effective candidate interviews and assess experience, skills, motivation and compensation.
Present well-qualified candidates clearly and professionally to clients.
Maintain strong candidate relationships and deliver an excellent experience.
Manage multiple active positions and pipelines with timely ATS records.
Collaborate with recruiting and client-facing team to prioritize openings and share market feedback.
