Fuse Energy is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to attract and close world-class talent across engineering, hardware, AI, and quant. Youll own full-cycle hiring and partner closely with hiring managers to meet Fuse's ambitious growth plans.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical roles.
• Experience hiring at high-bar firms (trading firms, hedge funds) or scaling tech companies.
• Proven ability to identify and close candidates with niche, in-demand skill sets.
• Comfortable working across multiple technical disciplines.
• Strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with ATS, reporting and data-driven recruiting practices.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical roles (software engineering, hardware/electronics engineering, AI, data science or similar) in high-performance environments
• Background hiring at companies known for a high bar, whether agency (trading firms, hedge funds, HFTs, tech) or in-house at scaling tech companies
• Proven ability to identify and close candidates with niche, in-demand skill sets
• Comfortable working across a range of technical disciplines, not limited to one specialism
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with ATS tools, reporting and data-driven recruiting practices
