Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical roles.
• Experience with high-performance environments.
• Ability to identify and close candidates in competitive markets.
• Strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ATS, reporting and data-driven recruiting practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored sourcing strategies to engage top-tier talent across engineering, AI, and data science.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical excellence and cultural fit.
• Run high-quality processes: drive pipeline activity, facilitate debriefs, ensure seamless candidate experiences.
• Negotiate offers and close world-class talent in competitive markets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand needs and timelines.
