Job summary

Fuse Energy is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to attract and close world-class talent across engineering, hardware, AI, and quant. You will own full-cycle hiring and partner closely with hiring managers to meet Fuse's ambitious growth plans.

Responsibilities include developing sourcing strategies, screening for technical excellence and cultural fit, and driving high-quality hiring processes in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in technical roles.

We're hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to attract and close world-class talent across engineering, hardware, AI, and quant. You'll own full-cycle hiring and partner closely with hiring managers to meet Fuse's ambitious growth plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored sourcing strategies to engage top-tier talent across software engineering, artificial intelligence, trading and data science/quant from high-growth tech companies, trading firms, hedge funds and other elite technical organisations
• Screen and assess candidates for both technical excellence and cultural fit
• Run high-quality processes: drive pipeline activity, facilitate debriefs and ensure seamless candidate experiences
• Negotiate offers and close world-class talent in competitive markets
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their needs and timelines

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical roles (software engineering, hardware/electronics engineering, AI, data science or similar) in high-performance environments
• Background hiring at companies known for a high bar, whether agency (trading firms, hedge funds, HFTs, tech) or in-house at scaling tech companies
• Proven ability to identify and close candidates with niche, in-demand skill sets
• Comfortable working across a range of technical disciplines, not limited to one specialism
• Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels of an organisation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with ATS tools, reporting and data-driven recruiting practices
