Job summary

Aston Carter is hiring for a contract-based recruitment role focused on onboarding local businesses to a new Amazon delivery program. You will visit prospects door-to-door within a 2-hour driving radius, present the program, and guide businesses through the application and vetting process.

Work with a Field Manager, coordinate recruitment events, and leverage community organizations. Travel up to 4 hours round trip daily.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years in sales and/or customer service experiences.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Field sales is a plus.
• Prior experience in a role that involved sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus.

Great opportunity to work with a brand-new Amazon delivery program launching in the area. In this position, you will be responsible for recruiting local businesses to join the Hub delivery partner program. You will work alongside a Field Manager and other local contractors to visit prospective businesses, pitch the program opportunity, qualify the business, guide the business through the application process, drive referrals through community organizations, and coordinate and execute recruitment events. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
