Position: Entry Level Remote Recruiter Opportunity

Previous recruiting experience is not required, as we provide comprehensive training, tools, resources, and ongoing coaching to help you reach your earning goals. This is a commission-driven position with the opportunity to earn between 30-80% of your production.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates
• Partner with clients to fill urgent positions
• Connect clients with qualified candidates resulting in successful placements
• Utilize recruiting tools and materials proficiently
• Cold call, qualify, screen candidates, and prepare them and clients for interviews; assist in negotiating job offers
• Conduct reference checks on candidates

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Consistent high outbound activity to source clients and candidates
• Comfortable establishing relationships over the phone
• Act with integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
• Effective negotiation skills
• A degree is preferred but not required
