Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in high-growth sales (SaaS or Fintech preferred).
• Based in Recife with an active network among finance leaders and key influencers.
• Working proficiency in English and Portuguese.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex negotiations.
• Ability to thrive in fast-changing environments with high ownership.
• Experience or interest in AI tools and automation to improve sales workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Growth: Own the end-to-end sales cycle, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand Clara's client base in the Northeast region.
• Leverage Local Network: Utilize existing relationships and understanding of Recife's business ecosystem to generate high-quality leads.
• Manage Sales Pipeline: Oversee lead generation, qualification, and closing, ensuring a consistent flow of new partnerships.
• Strategic Relationship Management: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding financial needs and providing tailored solutions via the Clara platform.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing and Product to align local market insights, using HubSpot to track impact.
• Operational Excellence: Use Google Drive and automated workflows to maintain documentation and performance tracking.
