• Based in Recife with an active local network among finance leaders.
• Proficient in English and Portuguese.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and negotiations.
• Comfort with AI tools to automate workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end sales cycle to grow Clara's client base in the Northeast.
• Leverage local network among Recife decision-makers in finance and operations.
• Manage pipeline: lead generation, qualification, and closing.
• Advise clients on tailored Clara solutions as a trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product; use HubSpot for tracking.
• Maintain rigorous documentation and performance using Drive.
