Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Analyst, Rebate Operations to join our team. The role oversees operational aspects of Navitus’ rebate programs, including rebate submissions to manufacturers, rebate optimization, and guarantee reconciliation, with support for audits and client operations.

This position requires strong data analysis, collaboration with Finance and Underwriting, and the ability to provide accurate rebate insights for our clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• Pharmacy technician license preferred.
• 3-5 years of managed care/pharmacy benefits management or pharmaceutical experience required.
• Pharmacy technician, trade, Industry Relations, and/or analytical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand plan formulary design and rebate potentials for client specific set ups.
• Analyze claims data and rebate processing accuracy for clients and manufacturers.
• Provide sales and RFP support; assist with pricing and risk evaluation.
• Support contract review, data entry, evaluation, and reconciliation of client rebate guarantees.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver rebate reporting and data analysis for decision-making.
• Lead government-related or regulated reporting for client requirements.
