Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Analyst, Rebate Operations to join our team. This role handles rebate programs, including submissions to manufacturers and third parties, rebate optimization, and reporting for clients and audits.

You will collaborate with Finance, Underwriting, and Client Services to evaluate rebates, manage pricing risk, and support contract reviews. Remote-friendly role with standard M-F schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Pharmacy technician license preferred.
• 3-5 years of managed care/pharmacy benefits management or pharmaceutical experience required.
• Pharmacy technician, trade, Industry Relations, and/or analytical experience preferred.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
• The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees

Responsibilities

• Understand plan formulary design and rebate potentials for client specific set ups.
• Analyze claims data to ensure rebate processing accuracy and establish recommendations for rebate optimization.
• Provide sales and RFP support for prospective clients and renewals; assist with pricing risk.
• Support contract review, data entry, evaluation, and reconciliation of rebate guarantees.
• Coordinate with client services for rebate reporting and data analysis.
