Job summary

Accord Healthcare US is seeking a Manager of Rebate Administration to oversee the end-to-end payor rebate programs, ensuring contract compliance and accurate payments. This role partners with Finance, Market Access, Legal, and external vendors to optimize rebate operations and mitigate financial risk.

The ideal candidate has extensive CVS/ZINC rebate experience, strong data-analysis skills, and a track record of process improvement in healthcare contracting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MPH, JD) preferred.
• 7–10+ years of experience in government pricing, market access, finance, or healthcare consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end administration of payor rebate programs (commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, specialty).
• Validate formulary and payer eligibility for rebate programs.
• Review rebate payments for accuracy and compliance with contracts.
• Ensure timely processing, validation, and payment of rebates.
• Investigate and resolve rebate disputes and payment issues.
