Job summary

Evernorth Health Services, a division of The Cigna Group, is seeking an Analyst to own operational invoicing and reconciliation for pharma manufacturer rebate contracts. You will be the go-to contact for monthly rebate invoices and will work within the FRP invoicing system to set up contracts and amendments.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in business or related field, 1+ years of experience, and strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent work experience.
1+ years of experience in a related role.
Excellent customer service and communication skills; strong analytical skills; detail oriented.
Strong PC skills; proficient in MS Excel and Access.
Knowledge of PBM and healthcare industry preferred.

Responsibilities

Set up pharma manufacturer rebate contracts and amendments in the FRP invoicing system.
Handle manufacturer implementations in the FRP system.
Collaborate with Contracting’s Account Directors to understand contract intent.
Communicate setup strategy to the BDRO team for rebate options.
Track setup actions through Houston Service Request system for validation and audit.
Prepare validation packets to support setup actions.
Review manufacturer invoicing and data-fix results for invoicing accuracy.
Communicate invoicing questions to manufacturers and internal teams.
Verify bank data for payment receipt and entry in FRP and resolve any issues.
