Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions, LLC is seeking a Director, Industry Relations & Contracting to join our team. This role reports to the Sr. Director and leads the Rebate Contractors to support relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers, negotiating rebates and discounts for formulary inclusion.

The position involves leading negotiations, providing cost modeling, rebate forecasting, and budget impact analysis to support client-specific formularies and future needs. Travel up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D is preferred; MBA or applicable degree/experience is desired.
• At least 5 years PBM/Healthcare plan experience; preference for rebate contracting and formulary management.
• At least 1 year experience in contract negotiation (Commercial, Medicaid, Medicare Part D).
• Pharmacist should have or could obtain an unrestricted licensure in Wisconsin.
• Up to 20% travel time required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Participate in and support compliance objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with Pharma, customers, Navitus and vendors.
• Ensure Pharma sources and internal/external resources meet Navitus’ needs.
• Develop and implement strategies for a competitive Pharma contract structure.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure rebates/discounts are understood; support P&T processes.
• Lead pharma negotiations to expand high net rebates and discounts for lowest net cost PBM.
• Lead, train and develop the IRC team for career growth.
• Other duties as assigned.
