Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Director, Industry Relations & Contracting to join our team in Madison. The role leads the Rebate Contractors to support strong relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and to negotiate contracts with rebates and discounts for formulary inclusion.

Reporting to the Sr. Director, Industry Relations, you will drive cost modeling, rebate forecasting, and budget impact analyses while guiding P&T processes and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Pharm. D is preferred.
• MBA or applicable degree is desired
• 5+ years PBM/Healthcare plan experience preferred
• 1 year experience in contract negotiation (Commercial/Medicaid/Part D)
• Pharmacist licensure in Wisconsin or eligible
• Up to 20% travel
• Valid driver’s license
• Participation in compliance program objectives
• Ability to interact cooperatively with colleagues

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team of Rebate Contractors to support relationships with pharma manufacturers.
• Negotiate contracts with rebates and discounts for formulary inclusion.
• Provide cost modeling, rebate forecasting, and budget impact analyses.
• Support P&T processes and cross-functional teams with presentations.
• Identify opportunities to expand high net rebates and discounts for Navitus’ clients in a compliant manner
