Norstella is seeking a Clinical Consulting Manager for Real-World Data & Evidence to bridge clinical expertise with data strategy. You will support business development, construct codebooks, and contribute to RWE thought leadership while reporting to the Chief Medical Officer and Vice President of Real-World Data Consulting.

The role requires MD or PharmD with 3–5 years of consulting experience, excellent communication, and familiarity with JIRA/Confluence/Asana.

Qualifikationen

• MD or PharmD required or equivalent clinical training.
• 3–5 years of professional consulting experience post-training.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to translate clinical concepts for non-clinical audiences.
• Experience using structured project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Asana) in a team delivery environment.
• Comfort with structured healthcare data concepts (claims, EHR, coding systems) and collaborating with data science teams.

Aufgaben

• Support business development, scope calls, and client presentations by translating clinical nuance into deliverables.
• Partner with senior consultants to identify new opportunities within client accounts.
• Lead development and validation of codebooks and data dictionaries across data sources.
• Collaborate with biostatisticians, data engineers, and epidemiologists to QC variable definitions and coding logic.
• Co-author white papers and client-facing perspectives on RWD trends and methodology.
