Pavago is seeking a detail-oriented Transaction Coordinator to manage California residential real estate transactions remotely. You’ll support agents from executed contract through close of escrow, ensuring files are complete, deadlines tracked, and all parties informed.

This operations-focused role requires superb organization, proactive communication, and the ability to juggle multiple files across stages while maintaining compliance with California disclosures and brokerage requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in real estate transaction support or similar role
• Working knowledge of California residential real estate transactions
• Familiarity with California contracts, timelines, and disclosure requirements
• Experience with transaction-management and electronic-signature platforms

Responsibilities

• Open and manage transaction files from executed purchase agreement through close of escrow
• Review contracts, addenda, disclosures, and supporting documentation for completeness
• Maintain accurate transaction files according to brokerage recordkeeping and compliance requirements
• Prepare and organize documents for review, approval, and signature
• Keep transaction records current throughout contract-to-close process
• Coordinate with agents, escrow/title officers, lenders, clients, and vendors
