Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Bilingual Transaction Coordinator for California residential real estate transactions. This fully remote, full-time role supports from executed purchase agreement through close of escrow, ensuring compliance and timely document handling.

The ideal candidate will manage multiple files, track deadlines, and coordinate with agents, lenders, escrow/title, and clients across the transaction lifecycle. Spark Hire interview is required.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple files.
• Knowledge of California residential real estate transactions and disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Open and manage California transaction files from executed contract through close of escrow.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor deadlines across multiple transactions.
• Coordinate with agents, escrow/title, lenders, and clients to ensure timely completion of documents.
