Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a remote Settlement Coordinator to ensure acquisitions and dispositions reach settlement promptly. You will act as the dedicated representative to customers throughout the settlement process and manage contracts and settlement statements in our CRM.

You will coordinate with title companies, assist with marketing activities, and support expansion into new markets while signing closing documents in a fully remote team environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry
• High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong communication and computer skills including MS Office
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Ensure acquisitions are processed timely for market readiness
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers through the settlement process
• Review and enter contracts and settlement statements into the CRM
• Maintain relationships with title companies to ensure timely settlements
• Assist with property marketing and staging activities
• Collaborate with construction to ensure projects are ready before listing
• Support expansion into new geographic markets
• Sign closing documents
