Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry.
• High School Degree preferred (Bachelor's preferred).
• Strong communication and computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure acquisitions are processed promptly for quick market listing.
• Act as dedicated representative to customers during the settlement process.
• Review and enter contracts/settlement statements into the CRM.
