House Buyers of America is looking for a remote Settlement Coordinator to ensure timely acquisitions and dispositions during settlements. You will act as a representative throughout the settlement process and manage relationships with title companies.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in the settlement/title industry, a High School Degree (Bachelor’s preferred), and excellent communication and computer skills. We offer competitive pay and a fully remote working environment.

• 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry.

Responsibilities

• Ensure acquisitions are processed timely to get properties on market quickly.
• Manage relationships with title companies to ensure timely processing of settlements.
• Assist with property marketing and expansion into new geographic markets.
