Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a remote Settlement Coordinator to ensure timely acquisitions and dispositions. You will act as a dedicated representative to customers, manage relationships with title companies, and assist in property marketing.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry.
• High School Degree, Bachelor's preferred.
• Great communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely processing of acquisitions to market.
• Act as a representative throughout the settlement process.
• Review and enter contracts/settlement statements in CRM.
• Manage relationships with title companies.
• Assist with property marketing and staging.
• Work with construction to complete projects before listing.
• Support expansion into new markets.

Skills

Experience in the settlement/title industry

Communication skills

Computer skills (including Microsoft Office)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Education

High School Degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
