Job summary

House Buyers of America is seeking a remote Settlement Coordinator to ensure acquisitions and dispositions reach settlement promptly. You will serve as the main liaison for customers through the settlement process and manage contracts and settlement statements within our CRM.

The role requires 2+ years in settlement/title, a high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and strong communication and computer skills, including MS Office.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills (including Microsoft Office).
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure acquisitions are processed in a timely manner to get properties on market quickly.
• Act as a dedicated representative to customers throughout the settlement process.
• Review and enter contracts/settlement statements into our CRM properly.
• Manage relationships with title companies to keep settlements timely.
• Assist with property marketing, including photos, listings, and staging.
• Partner with construction to ensure projects are completed before listing.
• Assist expansion into new geographic markets.
• Sign closing documents.
