Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Manager to lead real estate projects from initiation through completion, with a focus on building management deployments. You will manage scope, budgets, schedules, risk, and governance while coordinating internal teams and direct client communication.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and professional designations such as LEED AP, PMP, or CCM are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of experience and education will be considered
• LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for single real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeout
• Collaborate with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, work plan, milestones, quality control and risk identification
• Define project delivery resources from internal teams and implement governance aligned with client requirements
• Ensure data integrity and timely, coordinated project documentation
• Direct the project delivery team and provide guidance to achieve project goals
• Create action plans to meet objectives, budget and schedule; track progress and report status
• Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans
• Apply standard principles and creative problem solving to complex assignments and deliver innovative solutions
• Coach team members and share knowledge across disciplines; model CBRE RISE values and build consensus
• Impact customer, operational, project or service activities within and across teams
