Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks an Associate Real Estate Portfolio Manager to lead negotiations, financial evaluation, and contract terms across the company’s real estate portfolio.

You will act as the primary point of contact with Legal, Environmental, Risk, Operations, and BU Leadership to ensure timely, policy-compliant transactions. The role is remote from home and focuses on driving strategic improvements, performing complex real estate analysis, and delivering value for multiple business units

Responsibilities

• Manage real estate transactions from source to completion, including broker selection and valuation.
• Develop and execute Real Estate strategies for designated portfolio areas; make time-sensitive decisions.
• Coordinate with Ryder's legal, operations, risk, tax, environmental teams to complete projects.
• Lead teams of external consultants (architects, engineers, brokers) in asset evaluation.
• Lead departmental teams for the selection, evaluation, and completion of real estate transactions.
• Coordinate with Facility Planning and Construction for portfolio projects requiring construction.
• Drive portfolio process improvement projects and ensure records are accurate in the RE database.
