Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an experienced Associate Real Estate Portfolio Manager to lead complex real estate transactions, perform financial evaluation, negotiate terms, and provide guidance to Legal, Risk, Operations and BU leadership. This role is remote-from-home.

You will drive asset management across business units, coordinate with brokers and consultants, ensure timely execution, and maintain accurate records in the real estate database to support corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate portfolio management and asset transactions.
• Ability to perform complex financial analysis and valuation.
• Strong negotiation and coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead Real Estate transactions from sourcing to closure.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk, Operations and BU leadership to align with policies.
• Develop and communicate real estate strategies for designated portfolio areas.
• Coordinate with brokers, architects, engineers and consultants for property evaluation.
• Maintain accurate Ryder RE records in the database.
• Ensure processes comply with internal approval controls and timelines.
