Responsibilities

• Manage Real Estate transactions start to finish.
• Coordinate with Management to develop and execute diverse Real Estate strategies.
• Lead internal cross functional team and coordinate with Ryder's legal, environment, risk and operations teams.
• Ensure portfolio records are accurate and up-to-date in RE database.
• Ensure real estate transaction processes follow internal approval controls.
