Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end real estate transactions across multiple business units.
• Perform complex financial analysis and deal negotiation.
• Coordinate with Ryder Legal, Environmental, Risk, and Operations.
• Ensure adherence to Ryder policies and approval controls.
• Provide portfolio insights to BU, Region, and HQ leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement across portfolios.
• Manage relationships with external brokers and consultants.
