Job summary

NAYA, a growing restaurant group in New York, seeks a Real Estate Portfolio Analyst to lead lease administration for our multi-unit portfolio and translate lease data into actionable insights for leaders across Development, Finance, Operations, and Legal.

This role may be remote; candidates in the Eastern Time zone are preferred to enable close collaboration with teams and restaurants. You will manage abstracts, dates, compliance, and regular occupancy-cost reporting.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in lease administration or real estate portfolio management.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into recommendations.
• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, or business preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience with multi-unit restaurant/retail or franchise a plus.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with lease software.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lease abstracts for every restaurant, including rent schedules and renewal options.
• Track dates and communicate renewal deadlines and rent changes.
• Own the lease management system and ensure records are current.
• Monitor lease compliance and coordinate with internal teams.
• Prepare reports and analyses for leadership on expirations and occupancy costs.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Development on forecasts.
