Job summary

Okta is seeking a Real Estate Portfolio Lead to manage lease transactions, workplace projects, and drive continuous improvement across a global real estate portfolio. You will blend transaction management, project coordination, and analytics in a fast-paced setting to meet real estate and business objectives.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Facilities, IT, Security, and HR, bringing 5–8 years of CRE experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field is required.
• 5–8 years of direct Corporate Real Estate, Transaction Management, Portfolio Operations, and Project Management experience.
• Proven track record in lease negotiations and worldwide transactions with strong financial/analytical abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite, ability to create executive presentations, and manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease transactions, renewals, dispositions, and maintain critical dates and dashboards.
• Analyze portfolio metrics, support occupancy planning and long-range financial planning, evaluate costs and utilization trends.
• Coordinate small-to-medium workplace and relocation projects with budgets, schedules, and cross-functional teams.
• Develop SOPs and support rollout of CRE AI platforms to streamline delivery and operations.
