Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to join our Corporate Real Estate Group in the Northeast. This role supports administration, financial analysis, and reporting for the real estate portfolio, including rent processing and lease documentation.

Based on the East Coast preference, candidates in Boston, MA or Chelmsford, MA are preferred. The position involves coordinating with landlords, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate reporting and data integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• 4 years of relevant experience.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a college degree.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Review landlord statements, operating expense reconciliations, and other lease-related invoices for completeness and accuracy.
• Process recurring and variable rent and other occupancy-related invoices within deadlines.
• Communicate with landlords, property managers, vendors, and internal stakeholders about balances and payment status.
• Track sublease rental income, payments, and supporting documentation; follow up on outstanding amounts.
