Job summary

Allegis Group seeks a Corporate Lease Analyst to manage its global real estate portfolio, including 480+ offices and 4.8 million sq ft. You will abstract and interpret lease documents, audit invoices, and serve as a trusted contact for landlords and global finance leaders.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent professional experience required; corporate real estate background preferred
• Previous experience in a service industry preferred
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a complex, global environment is essential

Responsibilities

• Process monthly rent and payments totaling over $20 million annually
• Review and audit yearly budgets and estimates for leases
• Maintain the Lease Administration Database with rental payments, security deposits, invoices and operating expenses
• Act as primary contact with landlords and Global Finance Leaders
• Create financial and metric reports to track lease portfolio performance
• Manage vendor contracts and ensure compliance for office services
• Coordinate and track rent allocations and deferred rent across payment schedules
• Review and audit lease-related documents including Estoppels and SNDAs
• Set up utility services and track business rates and taxes
