Job summary

LVN Real Estate is hiring a Remote Transaction Coordinator to keep active real estate transactions organized and moving forward. You will be the frontline TC, maintaining the master tracker, inbox, and Google Drive, while coordinating with Sales, leadership, and external parties.

Expect independent work, adherence to SOPs, and ~40–45 hours per week. You will operate in a remote, asynchronous environment, communicating status updates clearly and escalations when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple deadlines, documents, and stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work remotely and asynchronously with independence.
• Latin America time-zone alignment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain central master transaction spreadsheet and calendar.
• Manage transaction inbox and coordinate follow-up with stakeholders.
• Organize Google Drive files and ensure document accuracy.
• Coordinate with Sales and leadership and external parties.
• Flag discrepancies and escalate issues when needed.
• Keep team informed of changes and upcoming deadlines.
