• Hands-on CRM experience and a genuine love of clean, well-organised data.
• Comfortable making outbound calls daily and energized by booking results.
• Confident using AI tools and automation platforms to work smarter.
• Self-directed and output-focused: you plan your day, deliver consistently and report progress proactively.

Responsibilities

• Own a CRM database of 30,000+ contacts, keep it clean and segmented.
• Run a 6–12 month nurture cadence for timely touches.
• Log all calls, emails and outcomes in the CRM.
