You will work with the client directly, using AI tools to draft and verify responses before sending, and collaborate with carriers and suppliers to keep requests moving.

Qualifications

• Experience with ticketing systems, ERP, and AI tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via email and internal tickets to ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with carriers and suppliers to track orders and resolve issues.
• Review AI-drafted responses for accuracy before sending.
• Update order, returns, and tracking information in the ERP system.
