Job summary

Hunt St Pty Ltd seeks a Philippines-based Paraplanner/Admin & Operations Specialist to support a modern Australian financial advisory client. You will prepare SOAs/ROAs, conduct research, and handle client administration as a contractor.

This remote position aligns with AU business hours and is offered as an Independent Contractor Agreement. Proficiency with AI tools and strong English writing are essential, along with experience in AFSL/BiD regulatory contexts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years paraplanning experience in Australian financial planning
• Experience preparing SOAs and ROAs across investments, superannuation, insurance, and retirement planning
• Solid knowledge of Australian financial planning regulatory environment (AFSL, Best Interests Duty)
• Proficiency with AI-powered tools to draft and quality-check documents
• Comfort using large language models as part of an advice production workflow

Responsibilities

• Prepare ongoing review documents and SOAs/ROAs per regulatory requirements
• Conduct investment, superannuation, and insurance research to support advice
• Create annual review packs and client portfolio reports
• Maintain client records in the CRM system and update after meetings
• Coordinate with advisers to refine advice strategies and ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Handle client onboarding and process new business applications
• Assist with compliance documentation and audit trails
